The mountains you are carrying, you were only supposed to climb

We all carry within ourselves burdens of our past. Our trials, tribulations, frustrations, heartaches and joys often coexist with our hopes, dreams, ambitions and fears. Is carrying this much mental baggage really in our best interest? One of our foot is in the past, the other one in the future but what about the present?

The Zen or Buddhist philosophy reminds us to be mindful. Mindfullness means you don’t have to carry your past baggage niether your future ones. Just live in the present moment. Develop a philosophy of detachment. You might not achieve enlightenment but you will be happier. L8ter.
